IRB Sevens: 2007-2008 Campaign Kicks Off In Dubai

The 2007-2008 IRB Sevens World Series kicks off tomorrow at the location of the 2009 Sevens World Cup, Dubai. Sixteen nations will be involved in the Dubai tournament and I believe most of the nations involved will have an equal shot at winning the tournament.
